Remove the .zip extension so that only the .hwt extension remains and place the file in the HWThemes folder. In the application themes, apply this theme and restart the phone.

Delete the .zip extension so that only the .hwt extension remains and place the file in the Huawei / Themes folder. In the application themes, apply this theme and restart the phone.
If the theme is not visible in the "themes" application, and the file is in the correct folder, change the theme name, for example, to "1".
